Terms & Conditions

Our factory maintains very stringent manufacturing techniques to offer a high-quality ready-made blind.  We are also constantly assessing components and material to improve the workings of our blinds.

The factory guarantees that all made to measure blinds manufactured by us will have no defects in raw material and factory workmanship for a 3 year period, from the date the goods are dispatched.

Please note: some fading/ discolouration as well as slight warpage may occur over time with Basswood/ Plaswood blinds and this is not considered a defect. Many plaswood warpages return to original condition once out of direct sunlight.

The factory will repair or replace defective blinds (at its discretion) and will cover the cost of all labour and materials. Defective blinds must be returned to our factory before a repair/ replacement will be considered.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Misuse of the blinds or faults as a result of incorrectly installed blinds
• Normal wear and tear on the product
• Plaswood blinds that have been installed in windows with constant direct sunlight
